Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman, an American gymnast was once a part of both the Fierce Five 2012 as well as the Final Five 2016 US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. At the 2012 Olympics in London she took home gold medals for floor and team competitions, as well as a bronze in the balance beam. This made her the Olympics gymnast who won the most medals. At the 2016, Olympics she took home gold for the team event, which brought her and teammate Gabby Douglas the honor of having being among the few Americans to earn back-to-back gold medals for the team. In addition, she won two silver medals in the floor exercise as well as an individual all-around. After the 2 Olympics she took an absence from gymnastics competition for three years. Her gold medal winning American team also won two World Championships. Her favorite event is the floor exercise. The gymnastics training began at the age of two years young. Aly is a member of her favorite charity, the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organization to honor her mother who died due to cancer. She plans to pursue a career in fashion and would like to expand her line of signature leotards as well as socks in the future. She's writing a book entitled Fierce that will be released later this year.
