NF
Nathan John Feuerstein (born March 30, 1991) and known by his initials NF (stylized as IF) is an American rapper, singer as well as songwriter, record producer and songwriter. Two EPs have been released, I'm FREE (2012) [3and a self-titled EP from Capitol CMG in 2014. Mansion was his debut major label album, debuted in March 2015. The second studio album Therapy Session came out on April 22nd, 2016. It ranked 12 on the US Billboard 200. His albums have been awarded numerous accolades such as the Gospel Music Association Dove Award (Therapy Session) for Rap/Hip Hop Albums of the Year. Perception was ranked number one in the United States in 2017, and the third single, "Let You down" was ranked 12 on the U.S. Billboard 200. Billboard Hot 100 topped the international charts as well as being a top 10 hit. The sequel, The Search (2019) was a commercial hit. Feuerstein declared that in his childhood, rap was an escape for him. He recorded songs on his karaoke machine. The raps he penned were recorded using one microphone. Feuerstein independently released Moments, the first album of his studio album on the 29th of November, 2010. The album was dropped "Alone" as his first single on August 2, 2011. The song featured producers and songwriters Tommee Profitt and Brooke Griffith. In 2012, the work of Feuerstein attracted the attention of Xist Music. His debut extended play I'm Free came out on May 2nd 2012 by Feuerstein and production work from Profitt. The tracklist featured nine songs including "Alone". The EP also included an exclusive version of "Alone" with Sean Simmonds. Xist released a teaser for the release of the self-titled extended piece, NF, but Feuerstein quit the label after a dispute and the production of NF was delayed. NF included a track, "Only One", featuring Shuree Williams on the label’s compilation album, Move Vol 1 He released a single, "Beautiful Addiction", on the 4th of November, 2013. Profitt was also a guest on the track. The song included vocals by Danielle Swift and Brady Schmitz.
